Sir mujhe after sex loose motion ho jata h aur stomach v phul jata h aur stomach pain v rehta h dono side se aur back pain v hota h. Kuch din pehle maine vitamin B-12 test krwaya tha jisme 120 aaya tha jab ki normal range 200-900 pg/ml hoti h aur CBC v test krwaya tha Usme v kuch kamiya thi. Sir har 2 din baad loose motion hota h.
