Yes Kiwi is good during winter. All fruits that are rich in vitamin C such as oranges, sweet lime, kiwi, grapes, strawberries are good to improve immunity. Other fruits such as apple, banana also can be taken.

Strawberries are essentially one of the highest goitrogenic foods of all. Again, goitrogens keep the thyroid from functioning properly and fatigue, allergies, weight gain, inflammation, poor digestion and other signs of hypothyroidism can take place by including too many foods with goitrogens like strawberries. So its better to avoid strawberries.

Yes it has low calorie and helps to reduce weight but u need to do regular exercise or jogging,,yes u can replace with dinner
