if you swallowed thermometer mercury of liquid, it will be eliminated in stool without any injury or adverse effect. Take ripe banana and lemon juice frequently. The toxic effect will be no more and liquid mercury will get out. Ok.
1. Check your hemoglobin, bp.
2. Avoid stress, anxiety, severe physical and mental exertion
3. Take adequate rest and sleep for 7-8 hours daily to remain healthy
