In theory, you can take the date expired tablets as common sense would tell you that immediately on the date of expiry as printed on the cover, the tablet does not turn into poison. Thie date of expiry is only mandatory printing. With the passage of time, there may a chance of the potency being lost but does not make the medicine a poison.

PCOD is a disease where there is hormonal imbalance. Depending on your complaints, examination, reports and stage of life treatment differs and it also needs more time so get yourself treated with patience. Meet Gynecologist in whom you have trust as you will need to go for long time to him/her. Overweight is very common so in case you have that reduction of weight helps tremendously. In PCOD ovulation- release of ovum is deranged because of hormonal changes. So long time different trials are required to treat same so with patience continue consulting Gynecologist or infertility specialist in whom you have trust.

You don't need to worry about b6 overdose. Because it's get excreted in urine any amount extra that you will have then the recommended requirement. So there is no issue of overdose. And this excretion in urine of excessive b6 will cause slight yellowish colouration. So you don't need to worry about that too.
