Lybrate-user, for hypothyroidism if you are on treatment, then tsh should be between 3 to 4 milli units/l, for complete relief from symptoms. You can have breakfast like everyone else. There is nothing special required. Following foods / vegetables should be avoided: - soy beans, soy containing products, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, radish, peanuts, mustard and coffee. Always use whole grain flour for chapati and roti. Avoid maida and products made out of it. All bakery items should be avoided. Consume more of green leafy vegetable, salads and fruits. Avoid high fat containing cheese. Thanks.

. You can add supplement. Also take max. Carbo like rice with vegetables, fish, chiken/mutton. Add a tsf ghee/butter within hot rice. Take home made fried rice/polao also. Take chocos, 2 pcs egg daily, 50 gms. Almond, nuts. Porrdge, dalia, oat.

Good evening lybrate-user. Acne can be quite stubborn in some. If just regular strength benzoyl peroxide gel isn't giving you the desired results, then you definitely need other prescription based medications. Kindly consult a qualified dermatologist either in person or via online consultation so that your skin can be examined properly before a prescription is handed out. In the meantime, eat a well balanced diet and drink plenty of water. Avoid junk food as much as you can and substitute high glycemic index food for low glycemic index options. Make sure to maintain your appropriate weight for height and try and get plenty of exercise. Lastly, avoid undue stress and make sure you get plenty of sleep.

From last 1 year I am continuously losing my weight I don't know why and because of that only my healthy is also coming down. please suggest me some way to regain weight again.

1. Aim for increased Fitness & permanent weight loss 2. Add 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet before meals. 3. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet. 4. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice/Biryani etc 5. Eat slowly and mindfully. Reduce portion size. 6. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins.
