What's the best way to cure sneezing allergy ayurvedic ly and also some yoga tips which could help to cure it?
Ayurvedic medicine and yoga can both be helpful in managing sneezing and allergies. Here are some tips: 1. Ayurvedic remedies: some ayurvedic remedies that are believed to be helpful for allergies include: - triphala churna: this is an ayurvedic herbal powder that is believed to boost the immune system and reduce inflammation. It can be taken orally with water. - turmeric: turmeric is a spice that has anti-inflammatory properties and is believed to be helpful for allergies. It can be added to food or taken as a supplement. - nasya therapy: this involves putting a few drops of medicated oil into the nostrils to help reduce congestion and inflammation. 2. Yoga: practicing yoga regularly can help strengthen the immune system and reduce inflammation, which can be helpful for managing allergies. Some yoga poses that may be helpful include: - bhujangasana (cobra pose): this pose can help open up the chest and improve breathing. - matsyasana (fish pose): this pose can help improve lung function and reduce congestion. - kapalabhati pranayama (skull-shining breathing): this breathing technique can help clear the sinuses and improve breathing. It's important to note that while ayurvedic medicine and yoga can be helpful in managing allergies, they should not be used as a substitute for medical treatment. If you are experiencing severe or persistent allergies, it's important to consult with a healthcare provider for proper diagnosis and treatment.
