You have to limit that and use floss only when there is a food particle in between teeth. Use alcohol free mouthwash after brushing is enough to maintain a good oral health. Also sometimes it is needed to get your teeth cleaned by dentist for complete hygiene of mouth because they can reach at the part of teeth where you can't see.
