Hello, according to your hight your weight is high. You need to take a balance diet. You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 30 minutes daily. Include protein rich food in your diet. Drink more water in a day. Stop eating junk and processed food. Avoid late night dinner.

Madam don't use any shampoos use rita and shikakai. Take chyavanprash morning and evening
