Hello, Your diet be easily digestible, thrice a day, preferably -high in protein, carbohydrates- and fats, take  fish, eggs, chicken to energise your body. ? Tk,  apples, carrots, potatoes, sweet- potatoes, milk,  almonds. ?Tk, banana with hot milk in the breakfast. ?Add ghee in lunch. Go for aerobics as per your strength and capacity to strengthen your muscles to enshape your whole body. Tk, plenty of water. Go for jogging,  swimming, skipping, cycling   and hanging on a bar in a garden to stretch your bones to promote your heights. Tk,  homoeopathic medicine: @ AlfalfaQ -10 drops,  thrice with little water. Avoid, junkfood, ,alcohol & nicotine. Tk,  care.

Dear friend please wake up early and start doing some exercises daily do pranayam and yoga daily have a habit of walking daily for 30 minutes in greenery take special chyawanprash by patanjali regularly 1tsf 2 times avoid oily spicy and fast food avoid outside food take home made fresh food take fresh fruit juices daily.
