It is good. But for acne, saslic face wash works well. For darkness, de tan your skin with gram flour-curd face pack everyday.

Hi lybrate-user, acne on the back occurs due to activity of oil glands & associated infection, we have more oil glands on face, shoulders, back so that is why acne are more in these areas. You can use a cream containing clindamycin & benzoyl peroxide & salicylic or benzoyl peroxide based soap, if still the acne persist I would suggest you to meet the doctor in person as may be some systemic antibiotics or treatments like salicylic peels or laser can be given for resistant cases.

Am unsung homemade remedies like besan tomatoes orange peel and milk face pack but my skin gets the glow and shine after I sry and wash it off and it remains only for a less time, and my skin becomes the normal colour the next day, but it is said in ayurveda that skin complexion is enhanced by ayurvedic medicines.

Please do not expect drastic changes in your skin colour or texture as it is the genetics that play a major role. You can of course do everything that is good and keep the skin healthy and supple. Over time the skin will do improve its tone and texture due to the good habits. Its your diet (balanced diet) that plays an important role. Also eat fruits and vegetables every day (easily available seasonally ). Drink enough water (8-10 glasses or more )so that the skin can maintain the moisture content. The aging (wrinkle formation) will be delayed the healthy attitude. Exercise everyday as it will improve the circulation and help the skin to glow. Yoga can be very beneficial for skin health and general health. Please go for an annual health checkup to ensure good health and detect any problem in its early stage.
