Information about One UP Nerve Capsule

One up nerve is a brand of Methylcobalamin in combination and other nutrients. Methylcobalamin is used in treating vitamin B12 deficiency (such as pernicious anemia). Methylcobalamin is retained in the body better than cyanocobalamin.
Lack of vitamin B12 may cause anemia and damage to the nerves. It is used to treat diabetic neuropathy and peripheral neuropathy.

Take good calcium and vitamins rich diet, 2 boiled eggs, 1 glass of milk, leafy vegs, fish you can take it, or alternatively multivitamins, minerals and calcium tabs need to be taken, but consult in person with neurologist for proper diagnosis.

hello dear..m sorry to say but there is no treatment if optic nerve gets atrophied...In case of accident...we label it as traumatic optic neuropathy and we wiat for 6 weeks for recovery. If patients presents within 8 hrs of accident we give mega dose of steroids. but after 6 weeks and once optic nerve gets atrophies there is no solution/cure

U can do the following exercises for neck pain url/watch? V=ostw2ucg1qu a person can ease the symptoms of cervical spondylosis/ neck pain with a few simple neck exercises. 1. Neck stretchkeep your body straight. Push your chin forward in a way that stretches the throat. Softly tense the neck muscles. Hold this for 5 seconds. Return your head to its center position. Push your head back with the chin held high, and hold for 5 seconds. Carry out 5 repetitions. 2. Neck tilt tilt your head forward so that the chin touches the chest. Softly tense the neck muscles. Hold this for 5 seconds. Return the head to a neutral position. Carry out 5 repetitions. 3. Neck tilt (side-to-side) lean your head down towards either shoulder, leading with the ear. Softly tense the neck muscles. Hold this for 5 seconds. Return your head to the center and repeat on the other shoulder. Carry out 5 repetitions. 4. Neck turn turn your head to one side as far as it remains comfortable, being sure to keep your chin at a level height. Tense your neck muscles for 5 seconds. Return the head to a central position. I have a problem that I am getting headache at one side and nerves are paining on that side only.
1. Take one tablet of crocin advance as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2. Drink plenty of waterd 3. Take adequate rest 4. Have adequate sound sleep in the night for 7-8 hours if you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.

Hello, it is important to actively correct your shoulder blade position every 1.5 hourly. Pain can be due to overworking of a muscle and not utilizing the correct one's whose muscle action is mandatory for good shoulder jt-blade movement. 1. Squeeze your shoulder blades (do one at a time) to be able to active one shoulder and relax the other. Hold the squeeze for 5 seconds and repeat for 10 times/on both the sides 2. Take a medium size ball/pillow and press your hand into it to feel the squeeze behind the back of the shoulder joints respectively. This will provide a good stabilization of the blade and also strengthen it. Repeat this for 5-10 times/day as per your pain status. 3. Sit on a chair: straighten your right shoulder as far as you can reach and gradually slide it back to its starting position.
