Yes. Ask some Dr. to train you to measure sitting bp correctly. Or ask your wife to lie down and then record lying down bp.

How to overcome asthma while giving asthalin 2.5 ml respulses through nebuliser every 4 hours along with other medicine of asthma,inhaler, acidity and pain killer ? There is relief for about 3-4 hours after taking nebuliser but then again asthma starts.

This is very significant difference between two arms if bp was taken properly. You need to consult cardiologist immediately and may require physical examination and 2decho.
