Walk 15 minutes a day. Do breathing exercise for ten minutes. Do surya namaskar for ten minutes. Drink 3 litres water per day except during food. Don't eat extreme temperature foods, extreme taste foods etc. Eat on time, sleep on time. Think good, speak good and do good.

My father has a kidney problem. His leg is swollen for months. He was undergoing treatment for around 9 months but no results. I believe his creatinine level has increased again but he doesn't want to go to hospital for test cause of this pandemic. I wanted to try out the nature's velvet puranava tables. Please suggest me if I can try these tablets on him. Also are there in side effects or any alternative. Why his leg is swollen, we are not able to find. Please help as his swollen leg is worrying me.
