Maxical High Sachet is a combination of Calcium Pidolate with vitamin D3. Maxical High combination is used to prevent or treat low blood calcium levels in people who do not get enough calcium from their diets. It may be used to treat conditions caused by low calcium levels such as bone loss (osteoporosis), weak bones (osteomalacia/ rickets), decreased activity of the parathyroid gland ( hypoparathyroidism), and a certain muscle disease (latent tetany). It may also be used in certain patients to make sure they are getting enough calcium (e.g., women who are pregnant , nursing, or postmenopausal.

Benefits of Active ingredients:
Calcium Pidolate is a drug in which the calcium is transported by a protein substrate that is directly assimilable and specific to the body s bony matrix. Calcium plays a very important role in the body. It is necessary for normal functioning of nerves, cells, muscle, and bone. If there is not enough calcium in the blood , then the body will take calcium from bones, thereby weakening bones.
Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium and phosphorus. Having the right amounts of vitamin D , calcium, and phosphorus is important for building and keeping strong bones.

You should not take medicines for everything. Measure BP monthly, don't bother too much about cholesterol.

Due to high cholesterol not wt increase some other factor taken proper diet plan by a good dietician. And our medicine phytolloca 3x 4tb thrice before meal for othr medicine

Yes it's high for your age. If it remains like this then you need to start medicine. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water.10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, swimming, gym etc.Till lock down do suryanamaskar every day. for more details, you can consult me.
