Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day...take pranacharya vatari syrup and capsule twice a day...And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day...

What are the Ayurvedic products to reduce hair fall?
I am loosing my hair tooo much please tell some ayurvedic.
1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Take protein powder 2 tsf with milk twice a day upto 3-6 months add ghee to your diet concentrate more on fruits and veggies avoid hot, spicy, fried and junk food take tab ashwagandha 2-2 tab twice a day with milk.

I am 22 years and around 85 kgs I want to reduce weight but diet and all does not helps me much. I want to give a try on ayurvedic tablets. Is it possible to loose 10-15 kgs within 3 -6 months only with the help of ayurvedic tablets? Kindly suggest me some good ayurvedic weight loss pills. I have heard about vyoshadi guggul will that help me reduce fast? Help me.

Hello, Take, 3/4 litres  of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation.  ?  Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell& tissues to curb fats cells.   ?Go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing,regularly.   ?opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office. ?Take oats with green tea  or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast.   ?Take, salad, fruits,sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian ,high in proteins and fibre, maintains 1300-1600 calories through dietary  regulation.   ?consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry.
