Yes, 3-5 gms. Twice daily or as per physician?s advice. Preferably have with lukewarm water, no side effects seen.

Sir I suffer stomach problem from last 5 year when I lunch in afternoon my stomach feel full after half an hour my stomach full of gas and I feel tried ,and feel I have no energy, headache and don't want to talk to any one. I just want to sleep. When I take milk the problem more worse. In evening if my stomach clean (pet Saaf hua to I feel good. I try so many digestive syrup, multivitamin, churna but condition more worse .I also so many test like ultrasound Endoscopy colonoscopy blood test prescribed by my doctors but all report are normal. When I take curd (dahi) I feel more energetic and good. I totally dipress by this problem .please tell me what I do to end this problem and which test is required for me. To diagnosis this problem please help me.

Hi, have warm water after food, take light food so that it is easy digestible. Take chitrakadi Vati after food. Do vajraasana.
