I am 27 week pregnant taking mhr bio (L-Methylfolate, Mecobalamin and Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate) when I find best is innovfol (Docosahexaenoic Acid, L-Methylfolate, Mecobalamin and Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate) as it has DHA best for baby can I take innovfol rather than mhr bio.
