I-MEG 3 Capsule is an Antioxidant contains Omega 3 Fatty Acid (O3FAs), Zeaxanthin, Lutein, and Astaxanthin.
Lutein and Zeaxanthin belong to the xanthophyll family of carotenoids and are the two major components of the macular pigment of retina (eye). These found in the macula and lens of human eye and act as powerful antioxidants and filter high-energy blue light.
Omega 3 Fatty Acid are essential because they cannot be synthesized in the body and must be taken via diet or supplement. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and Eicosapentaenoic acids (EPA) are two major components of Omega 3 Fatty Acid and are concentrated in retina and retinal vascular endothelium.

IN HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- Deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving ' THYROXINE ' tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid iron medicines. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Hello , I would advise you to consult your doctor before changing the medicine. Also limit your intake of Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, kale, turnips, and bok choy, soy because research suggests digesting these vegetables may block the thyroid's ability to utilize iodine, which is essential for normal thyroid function.
