You can take it from natural foods like milk and milk products, dry fruits , pulses and whey protein etc.

Get your nutrition from proper foods that preferable you prepare yourself. If you do, you don?t need horlicks, intended for either men or women.

it is not that something bad or opposite will happen when you drink women's horlicks .it just emphasizes on nutrients which are required in more quantity in women than men like calcium, iron etc because women are more prone to calcium and iron deficiency than men. It does not mean that men do not require these nutrients, they can have it but comparatively in less quantity because men generally do not lack in these nutrients.
