Can use himalaya confido or himalaya forte together please suggest any side effect.
Himalaya confido and himanlya tentex forte are both male sexual and overall health promoting formulations. Although ayurvedic medicines work slowly and generally do not have any side effects but let us look at the active ingredients in both the formulations and then take a decision: himalaya confido the active ingredients are as follows: small caltrops (gokhshura)- boosts testosterone cowhage (kapikachchu)- increases sperm count and preventative himalaya tentex forte the active ingredients are as follows: winter cherry (ashwagandha)- stress reliever shilajeet- energy booster and antioxidant cowhage (kapikachchu)- *use mentioned above* small caltrops (gokhshura)- *use mentioned above* so should you take them together? As you can see that both the formulations have 2 common ingredients i.e cowhage and small caltrops. Combining them together as a single dose would result in a net high dose of cowhage and small caltrops which may be desirable or non desirable depending upon your condition. So if the doctor has recommended you to take them together then you must consume it that way. However if you are taking it for general sexual health purpose, I would recommend not combining them together and just take tentex forte. Hope that helps!

Use mild soap, dove soap harsh soap removes essential oils n result dry skin, dull ,life less skin you can use coconut oil+ lemon juice drops at night and wash in morning you can use cow ghee on skin at night these two regime on alternate day glows and moisturize your skin you can use sunscreen WD good moisture daily.
