For last two weeks I have been feeling dryness in both my eyes. When I close my eyes, it becomes difficult to some extent to open the eyes. The eyes are felt heavy unlike in normal situation. Earlier, I had problems of tears in both eyes. I took eye drop "Genteal" on specialist's advice. That problem has mostly been solved. I have got eye drop "Refresh Tears" with me. Can it be taken now for my present problem? Your valuable advice is solicited. Thank you.

The problem seems to be of dry eye. Refresh tears are artificial year drops. May be used when needed. Best is to use kseerabala101 drops. Which you may buy from. Any ayurveda shops. Apply a drop of the medicated ghee on you finger tips and use it to massage around your eyes at bed time. Morning after waking up wash eye and face with Luke warm water. Do this regularly. From a month. Also you may use ophthacare eye drop which is ayurveda ,but available at all shops as it is a himalaya brand medicine, instead of refresh tears .u can use ophthacare 1 drop I each eye, whenever you feel irritation or dryness or burning like ,twice or thrice a day. Another thing you should remember to do is to frequently blink your eye. Because in dry eye people the blinking of eye is also usually less. So remind yourself to blink your eyes often.

Take frequent breaks while studying and dip a handkerchief in cold water and keep it over closed eyes for 2 minutes during breaks, you will feel better. Also get your eyes checked for any spectacle number.

Dear sir/ madam I am a 46 years old unmarried guy desperate to marry but circumstances are not in my favour. I have been jobless for quite some time.
