Himalaya confido and himanlya tentex forte are both male sexual and overall health promoting formulations. Hi lybrate-user. I don't think that it will be helpful as a permanent solution. As it is herbal in nature. You may try it. But if you want permanent solution then only homoeopathy is the option.
