My age is 21 years when I was 7 years old I have operated of epididymis cyst. Now I have varicocele in my left side. Size of testicle is normal. But scrotum skin is too loose. Due to varicocele my left side testicle always remains hanging down more then right side. It creates discomfort. When I di self examine it feels I have any kind of weight in my left side. My inside veins can be clearly seen from outside. So please tell me any natural cure or diet or yoga to prevent varicocele and also tell me any solution ti keep my both testicle in line ment. As I said earlier skin of scrotum of left side is quit loose then right. Please give any advice sir. Thank you.

Hello, Take Horse chestnut and butcher's broom complex by HealthAid two tablets a day (Available on amazon.in). Also beneficial are Ashwagandha, shatavari, and shilajit. Also perform light yoga and breathing exercises. Also, do kapalbhati and anulom-vilom pranayama for 15 mins each. (slowly and lightly). Adopt a healthy lifestyle. Eat all seasonal fruits and especially vegetables. Wear supportive undergarment in day time and don't wear anything (any tight undergarment) at night (just some loose shorts).

Along with medicines you can do the following-- stop smoking (if you smoke). Smoking lowers your hdl, (“good”) cholesterol level. Change the way you eat. Low-fat, low-cholesterol eating benefits all your lipid levels. Lose weight if necessary. Maintain healthy lifestyle start exercising. Nuts, such as almonds, pistachios, and walnuts, contain high amounts of unsaturated fat or “good” fats, which increase high-density lipoprotein (hdl) and lower low-density lipoprotein (ldl). Also follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5.
