I am 75 year old. Since few days suffering from ear blockage in right ear. Feeling heaviness in ear. While tapping the root of ear I get a sound. But there is no pain, no discharge, no tinnitus. Consequently I am facing hardness of hearing. I have no fever and all other activities are normal. I applied soliwax and mullein oil drops. But no improvement. Kindly advice me, doctor.

Sir you need to get your ear examined to know the cause of blockage, it may be due to wax, any infection or swelling in the ear or any issue with the nerve of hearing.

Am using hepar sulphate, belladonna 30 and using mullein drops for past 5 days for earache. Now I ve no pain BT still my ear is blocked and yellow discharge coming from ear not more through buds also hearing whistle sound. I don't know wt to do? Whether its attachmentsany serious problem.

Causes may be Middle ear perforation,infection,perforrated eardrum etc Proper diagnosis is needed to suggest you anything now.. if you can consult me privately i can suggest a medication bu taking a whole case history ..dont ignore it as it can be dangerous as it progresess..

Cyst size doesn't require surgery at present .Can be tried medical Tt. Most imp is you lose at least 10 kgs wt otherwise cyst will recur even after surgery.

Please note that AMH is the hormone which tells us about the ovarian reserve, which should be 2 and above. And, yes the AMH is on lower side, she should start on some supplements to improve it and need to see an infertility specialist asap.
