Composition : Phosphoricum Acidum 1x, Calcium Phosphoricum 1x, Natrum Phosphate 1x, Potassium Phosphate 1x, Iron Phosphate 1x, Magnesium Phosphate 3x, Aurum met 3x, Ferrum met 3x, Strych Phos 3x, Cinchona 1x, Avena Sat 1x, Riboflavin 3x Anacardium Orientatlis 1x,

Dosage : Adults :2 teaspoonful twice or thrice daily in water before meals, Children : according to age as prescribed by the Physician.

Disease : Nervous exhaustion, depression, Loss of memory, Brainfag, Fatigueness, Sleeplessness, Subclinical Vitamin deficiency, Deformity and exostosis of bones. Macrocytic and Pernicious Anaemia, laziness, debility, loss of appetite, Dyspepsia, Flatulence, constipation.

Usually alfalfa tonic is used to increase appetite and for weakness. If it is added with ginseng it also provide strength. It could be taken by any one who wants to gain body mass or for strength but it should be in right dose. One teaspoonful before meal is taken twice or thrice daily. Calcarea phos in 6x power provide calcium supplement to body. It should be taken as 4 tablet 4 times daily. If you want to take calcarea phos in 200 power take it under supervision of homeopathic doctor.

Hi, any tonic or supplement will only give result till you use them. Weight is a sum total of bone, water, muscle and fat. You need to lose fat to get healthy. Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours to improve metabolism and reduce fat. Have whole grain cereals like millets (bajra, jowar,ragi) and pulses and sprouts. Eat protein rich diet egg whites, sprouts (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism. Include healthy essential fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, vegetable seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc. Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits like citrus varieties, papaya and leafy vegetables in your diet. Eat heavy breakfast, as 40% of day?s energy comes from breakfast. Moderate lunch and light dinner with maximum fibre and protein?s. Avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods. Drink a glass of water every hour daily to optimally hydrate the body. Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. Brisk walking, aerobics, jogging, skipping or any outdoor activity can be done. All green vegetables and salad and fruits contain vit b12. Yes fish and eggs if use unripe contain vit b12.
