One year old baby can be given a variety of foods. Most of adult food can be given except that the spices / chillies should be low. You can give dalia, alu paratha, idli, rice with dal, soft cooked vegetables, lassi, curd, cheese, bread, potatos, sweet potatoes, roti with ghee, khichdi, banana shakes, apples, melons. If she is not taking milk then try different shakes like strawberry shake, chikoo shake etc. If still she refuses milk then calcium can be given through curd, cheese, paneer etc. Don't force a baby to take foods she does not like, try other things and maybe after a few months she may start liking milk. Giving Milk is not compulsory. Try different options.
