Meal # 1 (Breakfast) 4 hard-boiled egg whites. 1 Egg white omelet in olive oil. 2 slices of brown bread. 1 serving (30 gms) of plain oatmeal with skim milk (I prefer add 10 Almonds and 20 grams Walnuts and few raisins for taste). hello sir take high protein high calorie diet. take milk and milk products. have small and frequent meals. take whole pulses, soy milk , soy beans, paneer, sprouts, milk shake, chocolate shake, juice with glucose, cold coffee, any sweet items after dinner . take plenty of fruits. take plenty of water. don't skip your meals and breakfast specially. do stretching exercise alternate days.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don?t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats.
