Globac Z tonic is haematinic tonic composed of Ferric Ammonium Citrate and Folic acid
Ferric Ammonium Citrate is one of the best-tolerated iron supplements. It provides an optimum tolerance of the iron preparation, which is of utmost importance in maintaining long term patient compliance to any hematinic therapy. It rapidly supplements elemental iron so that iron deficiency is quickly controlled, thus leading to faster correction of anemia and replenishment of tissue iron stores. Folic acid is a B vitamin. It helps the body make healthy new cells and it is useful for management of anemia.

Hi lybrate-user globac z is a medication which is useful for the treatment of anemia which contains iron component with various other vitamins also. Zincovit is also a multivitamin tablet only ,so actually no need to take both .globac z will be enough but if you wish to take both no harmful effects will occur .so don't worry hope I have answered your question. Hi, any tonic or supplement will only give result till you use them. Weight is a sum total of bone, water, muscle and fat. You need to lose fat to get healthy. Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours to improve metabolism and reduce fat. Have whole grain cereals like millets (bajra, jowar,ragi) and pulses and sprouts. Eat protein rich diet egg whites, sprouts (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism. Include healthy essential fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, vegetable seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc. Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits like citrus varieties, papaya and leafy vegetables in your diet. Eat heavy breakfast, as 40% of day?s energy comes from breakfast. Moderate lunch and light dinner with maximum fibre and protein?s. Avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods. Take following oil 1. Vata-jatadi tail apply it on hair alternate days take following remedies 1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach 3. Laghu malini vasant ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner for application 1. Neeli bhrungadi tail apply it on hair alternate days.
