Hi b-complex vitamins are relatively safe because they are water soluble and even if you take in excess they are excreted in urine. But excess intake of vit. D&vit. A are dangerous because they are water insoluble and can't be excreted from the body and excess vitamin d can cause serious complications like urinary stones. Note: use vitamin supplements only when there is deficiency. Excess use is not useful to the body ----on the contrary they can cause complications.
