You are neither diabetic nor are you having gestational diabetes, patients whose gct value is >140 have increased chance of developing gestational diabetes in later Pregnancy. You should do regular walking ,at least 20 MTS per day ,take a carbohydrate and fat restricted diet ,do not consume sugar ,and sugar laden foods ,carbonated drinks and packed juices. Take a protien rich and fibre rich diet Monitor your blood sugar levels weekly ,and consult your gynaecologist and physician regularly.

If it not an active red bleeding. Don't worry. If baby's growth and fetal doppler is good then you can stop ecosporin after telling your doctor.

Its safe. Because you were on ecocporin 75 already which had high resistance still so its no harm to increase to 150. 79 kg is a added factor.
