Information about Folimax Plus Tablet

Folimax Plus tablet is a unique combination of Folic acid, Mecobalmin and Pyridoxine.

Mecobalamin is an essential nutrient for neurons that protects the neurons from oxidative stress. Mecobalamin is notable for being one of the few examples in nature of an organometallic bond. Mecobalamin is used in treating diseases of vitamin B12 deficiency (such as pernicious anemia), or diseases of effective B12 deficiency, such as vitamin B12 metabolic pathway. Mecobalamin is retained in the body better than cyanocobalamin.
The trio of Mecobalamin, Pyridoxine and Folic acid helps in bringing down the level of homocysteine in blood, the major factor for atherosclerosis. Thus, Folimax Plus tablet reduces the major risk factors for atherosclerosis and also useful in various neuropathies like diabetic neuropathy, alcoholic neuropathy, drug-induced neuropathy, bell s palsy, trigeminal neuralgia, sciatica, post-herpetic neuralgia and optic neuritis and is also useful in reducing homocysteine levels.

Use under medical supervision.

I understand your concern about receding gums and wanting to improve your dental hygiene. However, I can't provide specific medical advice or treatment recommendations. It's important to consult a qualified dental professional to get an accurate diagnosis and discuss the best treatment options for your individual situation. Here's what I can do to help: 1. Encourage you to schedule an appointment with a dentist or periodontist (gum specialist). They can assess your gum recession severity, determine the underlying cause, and recommend the most effective treatment plan. 2. Provide some general information on receding gums and potential treatment options: causes of receding gums: tobacco use is a major risk factor, but other causes include aggressive brushing, misaligned teeth, and even genetics. Treatment options: depending on the severity of your recession, various options might be available. These can include: non-surgical treatments: scaling and root planing (deep cleaning), topical antibiotics, mouthwashes, and desensitizing agents. Surgical treatments: gum grafting, flap surgery, bone grafting, and regenerative techniques. Cost: it's difficult to give an accurate cost estimate without a proper dental assessment. The cost can vary depending on the treatment recommended, your location, and insurance coverage. Location: you mentioned being in jammu. There are likely qualified dentists and periodontists in your area. You can search online or ask your local doctor for recommendations. Time needed: the time needed for treatment depends on the chosen method. Non-surgical procedures usually take less time than surgeries. 3. Emphasize the importance of good oral hygiene: brushing twice a day with a soft-bristled toothbrush, flossing daily, and using a mouthwash can significantly improve your oral health and prevent further gum recession. Remember, early intervention is key. So, scheduling a dental appointment as soon as possible is crucial for getting the right diagnosis and discussing the best treatment options for your situation. I hope this information helps! wishing you the best in improving your dental hygiene.

I understand your concerns about your osmf and wanting to avoid surgery. While I can't offer medical advice or prescribe medication, I can provide some information about non-surgical approaches to managing osmf that might be helpful to you. It's important to remember that there is no single "best" medication for osmf. The effectiveness of various treatments depends on the severity of your condition, specific symptoms, and individual response. Seeking proper medical evaluation is crucial for determining the most suitable treatment plan. However, here are some non-surgical options that have shown some promise in managing osmf: 1. Injections: hyaluronidase: this enzyme helps break down excess collagen, potentially improving mouth opening. Corticosteroids: these can reduce inflammation and fibrosis, leading to some improvement in mouth opening. 2. Physiotherapy: mouth opening exercises: regular stretching and opening exercises can help maintain and potentially improve mouth opening. Ultrasound therapy: this may help break down scar tissue and improve tissue flexibility. 3. Nutritional supplements: antioxidants: these may help reduce oxidative stress and inflammation, potentially slowing down the progression of osmf. Vitamin e: studies suggest potential benefits in reducing fibrosis and improving mouth opening. Iron deficiency: treating iron deficiency may improve symptoms in some cases. 4. Other therapies: laser therapy: emerging research suggests potential benefits in reducing fibrosis and improving mouth opening. Capsaicin: may reduce burning sensation associated with osmf. It's crucial to consult a qualified healthcare professional, preferably an oral physician or maxillofacial surgeon specializing in osmf, to discuss your options and determine the most appropriate treatment plan based on your individual situation. They can assess the severity of your condition, advise on the effectiveness of different treatment options, and address any potential risks or side effects. Remember, early intervention and regular follow-up are crucial in managing osmf. While surgery might be a necessary option in severe cases, exploring non-surgical alternatives with your healthcare professional can help you manage your condition and find the best path forward. I hope this information provides a helpful starting point for your discussion with your doctor. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions.

Anxiety may be due to excessive medication and diet restrictions. Why do you take rosuvastatin? It should be taken by those who have suffered serious blockages, very very seldom useful for abnormal levels of cholesterol. Take a balanced diet with less sugar jaggery alcohol tobacco and starchy foods. Include traditional foods like butter, nuts, oils, milk etc. The secret to good health is good food. Following modern fashions about diet is quite harmful. Best wishes.
