As per your measurements your BMI is 31.2 which is in 'Obese' Category. It means you could reduce about 15 kgs which is already causing problems for you like BP, Cholesterol etc.
1. Olive oil is mainly used for salad dressing etc because of its low smoke point.
2. Olive oil is not suitable for Indian Cooking at high temperatures.
3. It is better to use a variety of simple oils produced locally like Saffola, Groundnut, Mustard, Sunflower, Rice Bran oil.
4. Point to note that whatever oil you use, the max oil per day must not exceed 4 Teaspoons of oil.
5. Some bit of oils you must get from Almonds, which you can eat about 15 per day.
6. You also have to get your refined sugars/carbs under control.
7. Its better you visit a dietician and adopt a change in lifestyle and food habits.
8. Olive oil is not going to help you in this.
