Fefol P capsule is iron supplements which contains Elemental Iron ,Folic Acid,Vitamin B12 and Zinc

Role of key ingredients:-
Elemental Iron is source of iron,Iron transports oxygen throughout the body and maintains red blood cells, thus making an individual feel energetic and preventing anemia.
Folic acid is essential to numerous bodily functions ranging from nucleotide biosynthesis to the remethylation of homocysteine. It is especially important during periods of rapid cell division and growth. Both children and adults require folic acid to produce healthy red blood cells and prevent anemia.
Zinc sulphate and Vitamin B12 are of particular importance during pregnancy. Whereas, Zinc is essential for normal foetal growth. Vitamin B12 promotes the initiation and maturation of blood cells supporting the pregnancy.

Your dose is not correct may be 50umg and it was typing error you have given t3 and tsh level to know the control of your hypothyroidism you can take neuribion after 30-45 minutes of breakfast fefol or iron capsule do no take with thyroxine tablet you can take fefol after dinner you can contact me privately once ft3 and tsh report is available.

Even with the norma hb, ferritin level may be low. You have to continue iron tables for at least 6 months and recheck. Apart from ferritin there are other causes for hair fall like hypothyroidism, stress etc. Which has to be addressed.

lybrate-user fefol z is an iron tablets. Generally given to the pregnant ladies. You can have it without any worries.

No you should not as it’s for anemia. First check your hemoglobin, if it’s low then take it. It can be because of many reasons. I need details of case. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water.10.
