You have to take care of your overall health eat fresh healthy food with lots of proteins iron and calcium do regular exercises targeting your breast muscles if you do not know them then learn from some expert do regular message of your breast atleast once a day wear a correct size bra with comfortablly snug fitting keeping proper tension in your straps.

Hormonal imbalance is common after I-pill, which can cause myalgia and Breast tenderness. The bleeding is usually due to the shedding of the uterine lining which occurs after the I-pill. But if bleeding is very less (implantation bleeding of pregnancy) or if you have missed the date of your periods, better to comfirm with a urinary pregnancy test and see your gynaecologist.
