Hi,
you can use any fluoridated toothpaste from any company, try and use one with soft bristles. It is not really the brush / paste that decides the cleaning efficiency, but the technique of brushing which ensures clean teeth and healthy gums.
You can sent an opg
of your teeth then I can answer correctly. Paste is not substitute for proper dental treatment. Any the problem can be solved if you can sent photos of your teeth and gums.
Good morning lybrate-user
thanks for the query
all toothpaste are same, it does not matter which toothpaste you are using what matters is how you brush your teeth. Brushing technique is more important than type of paste.
