Why sugar remains in blood when it is available to body for use.
Apart from medicines what are alternatives for prope...
Mr. Lybrate-user, it is the blood which carries glucose to all the tissues and cells, so glucose has to be there in it. Our brain needs 5 grams of glucose every minute, so blood has to carry it there, otherwise how will it reach? all the tissues need glucose for producing energy, so blood ahs to carry it and supply. If not then a person feels week. That is what happens in hypoglycemia (low blood sugar level). If bllod sugar goes below 50 mg /100 ml, some persons will feel giddy and further lower levels will cause unconsciousness.
