Excessive of anything is bad same applies with masterbation. 2 things happen when one masterbate excessively 1. Premature ejaculation you can correlate when you started mastrrbation what was time and check current timing. You will find time to ejaculate might hv reduced significantly. Some people even ejaculate while rubbing in bed 2. Second problem is weak erection. Over a period you will feel lesser or weaker erections. One may feel shrinking penis due to this. If your erection and timing is still good then do not worry. Otherwise with guidance and ayurvedic medicines it can be cured. Consult for detailed discussion.

Hello Mhonya. If you have scanty menses and if you are anaemic it is absolutely normal. You just need to start with haematinics. But if have irregular menses and / or scanty menses without anaemia it requires medicinal management.

Hello doctors I want to know that in which month of pregnancy I can know that I have twine or single.
Dear user. I can understand. Even though multiples are formed between 4 and 10 days after conception (when more than one egg is fertilized or one embryo randomly splits), you probably won't learn that you're having twins until your first ultrasound appointment (around 10 weeks) when the doctor will tell you that you have twins. Take care.
