I am suffering last 2 years hyper acidity and we take this medicine Robi_DSR capsule and same digene liquid medicine course is complete we fine. But same time is same problem is there Blood report are normal Widal test, SGPT reports also normal please help.

Acidity is not something for which you have to take a limited course of medicines it depends on your day yo day food habits and daily activities so as and when you have the problem you will have to take the medicine do keep your diet simple homemade smaller meals at more frequent intervals plenty of water no fried spicy and junk food and restricted use of tea coffee sugar etc.

I am suffering from spondolitis, L4 L5 S1 degenerative and osteophytes. please give me suggestion.

You need to do regular stretching exs specific for the tight muscles in your back, hamstrings and calf muscles. Also core stability exercises can help strengthen you back and abdominals so the degeneration stay in control and does not progress. Is it safe to mix a pinch of baking soda and lemon juice and wait until the fizz is gone and then add water and drink 1 glass every morning before brushing. I read that it neutralises acidity in stomach. And this will help relieve long term hyper acidity problems.

It is not a good practice to do so to neutralize acidity of stomach. If the acid secretion gets decreased to a great extent there would definitely digestive problems and malabsorption of nutrients. For hyperacidity you can consult me online on this site with an appointment.

Mucaine gel 10 ml three times a day 15 minutes before meal. Tab Pan 40 one tab daily before meal for 4 weeks.

I am 65 on insulin, since few weeks I am getting heavy gas with ache and stubborn constipation, taking ran tac 150 1-0-0, digene tab, eno. Lemon juice, no releife, kindly advice.
