Dhootapapeshwar Asthiposhak Tablet contains Kukkutandatvak bhasma 100 mg, Asthisamhruta 100 mg, Arjuna 50 mg, Shuddha Laksha 50 mg, Amalaki 50 mg, Ashwagandha 50 mg, Guduchi 50 mg, Shuddha Guggul 50 mg, Bala 50 mg, and Babboola Kwath q.s. as active ingredients.

The doctor said that due to deficiency of calcium in the body it happened. Doctor has given medicine and I have started that medicine. If I take ayurveda dashmularisht or asthiposhak tablet for my neck pain. Will it helpful me or not? Please guide me.

A person can ease the symptoms of cervical pain/spondylosis with a few simple neck exercises. 1. Neck stretch Keep your body straight. Push your chin forward in a way that stretches the throat. Softly tense the neck muscles. Hold this for 5 seconds. Return your head to its center position. Push your head back with the chin held high, and hold for 5 seconds. Carry out 5 repetitions. 2. Neck tilt Tilt your head forward so that the chin touches the chest. Softly tense the neck muscles. Hold this for 5 seconds. Return the head to a neutral position. Carry out 5 repetitions. 3. Neck tilt (side-to-side) Lean your head down towards either shoulder, leading with the ear. Softly tense the neck muscles. Hold this for 5 seconds. Return your head to the center and repeat on the other shoulder. Carry out 5 repetitions. 4. Neck turn Turn your head to one side as far as it remains comfortable, being sure to keep your chin at a level height. Tense your neck muscles for 5 seconds. Return the head to a central position. Repeat on the opposite side. Repeat this exercise 5 times on each side.

Dear lybrate-user, take below ayurveda medicines to get rid of backache 1. Ostranil plus tablet (salveo company) - 1 tablet twice daily after food 2. Asthi poshak tablet (dhootapapeshwar company) - 1 tablet twice daily after food continue for 3 weeks thanks.

My wife shows some abnormal things. Once she studied that hit spray has poison in it then she got too frightened with it after spraying it in all over room corner. Its been 1 yrs, we changed the location but still she scared to touch anything which was related to past. Doctor ensured her but she took this to maniac level. She had maniac episodes several times earlier before n after marriage. Now she fears that soap damage the skin so she don't use that. She neither wash dishes nor cleaning the room. She can only cook food only when none of the utensils touches ground, walls. She thinks this all happens because of paranormal activities. She thinks everyone is her enemy. I am afraid what to do. When I try to make her believe that you can touch anything, you can do anything but she got violent on small things. She is normal while she does nothing. But on doing something or learning basic things to her, she become arrogant. She believes that anything going around is bcz of jadu tone and she thinks everyone from her family and me too are part of this jadu tonaa. She is mba but she is immature and she had princess kind life before marriage. After marriage when she was asked to do what a normal married girl supposed to do for running a family. She was not able to do such things still she was trying but her past life did not allowed to change her. Result is now that her behaviour is become like I mentioned above. Now she and her family forcing me to have kid, by this she will get busy in child and overcome from her current behaviour. But I afraid that with this behaviour she is not able to have child or she cannot care child. Please suggest what to do? She doesn't want to go for consultation with doctor. Please reply.

It is not right to suggest anything without examining the pt. Anyway, you may try as follows - 1) smrutisagar ras (vati) - 1 in early morning and 1 at bedtime with saraswatarishta (mentioned below). 2) saraswatarishta (dhootapapeshwar) - 3-3 teaspoons with equal quantity of warm water, with above tabs. In early morning and at bedtime. Both for at least 15 days.

Is - rasaraja ras tablets (marketed by dhootapapeshwar) safe to use keeping in view it contains purified mercury and become of other metals -- to be honest, I am worried about any toxic side affects. Above medicine along with other ayurvedic medicines prescribed by qualified ayurvedic Dr. (md). Also let know, is it safe to use above medicine (125 mg twice a day) for 6 week period and thereon tapered illness: peripheral neuropathy symptoms: burning / cold sensation dominant in feet and limited extent in hands, pins & needle sensation in soles (feet) and hand, numbness occasionally in feet, nerve stabbing pain in other body parts. I am not diabetic and all blood tests found to be normal - neurologist have indicated idiopathic or probably neuropathy due nutrition. Spine mri does indicate disc bulge l3/l4 and l4/l5 -- however do not have sciatica.

Dear lybrate user, Anyone should not take medicines without any supervision.... and for further betterment of health take medication under supervision and good food including fibers, protein, vitamins and rich in nutrition to proper functioning of every part of our body and do yoga exercise, and meditation

I suffer with lower leg pain. And is it possible due to lack of calcium. And if it is then can I take the calcium tablets. I have one with me. Do help Tablet with name. -- alfacalcidol and calcium carbonate capsules. Is it ok if I take them with Dr. consent.
