As a supplementary medicines, it's useful. You have IGT. You have to take at least one anti diabetic right now. Stick to diabetic Diet and exercise regularly.

I suggest you not to mix up triphala with ashwagandha and shatavari. It is better to take it always separately.
Aswagandha and shatahvari can be consume with milk and triphala to be consumed with warm water or with honey depending up on the intake time. Since you are using it for improving appetite, it is better to use it before food with warm water once daily either before lunch or before breakfast. Hope you got my point.
