Real wellnezz Amla Plus juice contains Water, Amla Pulp (20%), Apple Juice Conc. (13.8%), Salt and Vitamin C with no added color, flavor or preservatives.
Real Wellnezz Amla plus has 100% juice content. Wellness and goodness of 30 Amlas in 1 litre of Real Wellnezz Amla and Apple juice.
Average weight of 1 Amla = 15g

Hi 1) apply mixture of onion and lemon juice on the scalp, 2) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals, 3) take 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals, 4) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast, 5) take 20 ml of bhrungarajasava and 2-2 tablets of leelavilas rasa and raktastambhak vati after meals, 6) use vatajatadi taila, do all these things for 30 days it gives you good result thanks.

Please The above mentioned will work positively on overall health but it is not specific for sexual stamina To increase your stamina. Wake up early go for morning walk or jogging in greenery daily Do kegel and perineal exercises daily Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Take Musali pak by Patanjali 2 tsf twice a day with milk Cap ashwagandha by Himalaya 1 1 Cap shilajeet by dabur 1 1 All for 6 mths minimum.

It is safer to 'not' mix naturopathy, allopathy & homeopathy as three have different mechanisms of functioning. Kindly follow any 1 which suits you best & as prescribed by the health professional.

Honey should not be taken in warm water. Ideally you should wait for the water to be just mildly warm and then put lemon in that. Try to take aloe vera separately.

I am giving Dabur Real packed juices to my Father suffering from tongue cancer. Is it good. Because in this season we can't get the juice of grapes and some other fruits. Is this packed juice has the same benefit as natural juice.

Natural fresh fruits and juices are preferable. More importantly, juices (any eatables for that matter) should be fresh and if patient is on chemo or radiotherapy then we recommend small packings which can be finished in one go.
