Coral Calcium D3 tablet contains Calcium and Vitamin D3(cholecalciferol) which is used as bone joint supplement.

Calcium is a mineral that is required for the formation of bones and maintaining them. Calcium is required to prevent breakage of bones. Calcium is used to prevent or treat low blood calcium levels in people who do not get enough calcium from their diets.

According to me at this age you shouldic not take tablet. Natural sources are enough. Take curd regularly. Take oatmeal in breakfast. Have buttermilk after meals.

The best natural source for vit d is sunlight, a walk for 10-15 min in morning sunlight is required, dietary rich sources are fish like salmon, tuna, mackeral, organ meat like liver, eggs, cheese, milk & fortified milk, orange juice, cereals - take calcium supplements like cacimax, shelcal or ostocalcium.

Have plenty of milk and diary product which contains lot of calcium and alsonyou should have sandoz calcium tablet onendaily as a suplimentarybdiet lac of calcium causes osteoarthritis osteoporosis of bones. Have balanced diet of fat protein and carbohydrates. Have plenty of water by mouth.
