It's may be colic. You can give occasionally spasmonil drop. Burp the baby well after each feed. Keep the head up during sleep.

On average, newborns cry for about two hours each day. Although the crying is spread out through the day, all that wailing adds up to more than you probably expected. Between birth and about 6 weeks of age, the amount of crying typically increases to almost three hours each day, no matter what you do. Crying increases at 2 or 3 weeks of age, peaks between 6 and 8 weeks, and then slows down after that, generally hitting its lowest level by around 4 months. Babies also cry more often in the late afternoon and early evening, which might be when they need to release tension after a long day. If your baby is younger than 5 months old and cries for more than three hours in a row on three or more days a week for at least three weeks, chances are he is having colic . If medically he is fine , give him a Soothing touch.

After giving colicaid if she still cries alot then you have to look for other reasons like insect bite, running nose, hunger cry etc. Then we can decide to give ibugesic or not. Thank you.
