Phos-flur rinse is an anti-cavity fluoride rinse that is effective in the prevention of decay when used regularly along with a decay-prevention fluoride toothpaste.
Phos-flur rinse is specially formulated for orthodontic patients (with braces) and helps to reduce the appearance of white spots. It also promotes remineralization and strengthens teeth. It is safe for all ages since it is 100% alcohol and sugar free.

It contains sodium fluoride that fights caries and acidulated phosphate that ensures maximum uptake and deeper penetration thus providing a long lasting effect. It also contains cool mint

Directions for use:

Adults and children of 6 years age and above: Use once a day after brushing teeth with toothpaste. Vigorously swish 10 ml of rinse between teeth for one minute and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse unless instructed to do so by a health professional. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing).

Children under 6 years of age: Consult a dentist or physician.

First of all, a mouthwash has to be used for a reason. And only be prescribed by your dentist. Its not a very good practice to just randomly buy a mouthwash and start using it. And if a mouthwash is prescribed, it should be used because it reaches to those spaces in-between your teeth and gums where the toothpaste can reach.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. Drink plenty of water. For dry mouth, consider chewing sugar-free gum or sucking on sugar-free candies to help stimulate salivary flow. There also are artificial saliva’s on the market that may help to induce salivation. Sialogogues (Pilocarpine 30 mg/day. Contraindications - include many lung conditions, such as asthma, cardiac problems, epilepsy and Parkinson's disease). Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person. DENTAL TIPS: - Visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.
