Long term use of paracetamol is not advisable Headache could've due to several reasons__ migraine ,sinusitis, neuralgia, Spondylosis, eye sight problems, tension or even reduced sugar level - to name a few. Kindly investigate the cause.

Ideal water intake is 1.5 to 2 litres per day. Although in hot weather, it should be a little more to compensate for the losses of water from the body.

How much of ghee should be taken daily? How it should be taken? For adults and children?

Total fats to be taken in one day should be about 5 teaspoons. These can be distributed as 2 Mufa oils, 2 Pufa oils, 1 SFA oils. Mufa are like Olive/Groundnut oil, Pufa is like Saffola/Rice bran and SFA Saturated Fatty Acids, like Ghee, butter etc. You can vary the proportions a bit. So you can take one or two spoons of Ghee for adults or kids. Daily diet portions are also dictated by height, weight, age and activity level.

For adults the official recommendation is up to 1.5 g. daily which will be about one very slightly rounded half teaspoon which can be divided over two to three doses daily.
