Hello, Thanks for the query. Usually the drug mentioned is taken to reduce excess uric acid from the blood. Plus if a person has symptoms of joint pains and swelling with high uric acid. Unless those details are given there is no way to give any advice. Thanks.

Bio Oil can be used twice a day. To lighten the appearance of stretch marks ? 1.Scrub the area lightly once a day. You can use some natural ingredients like gramflour, turmeric mixed with some milk to scrub the area. 2.Apply Vitamin E oil or warm olive oil on the area. 3.Apply Aloe Vera gel once a day on the area 4.Cocoa butter mixed with wheat germ oil is also very good at maintaining the skin health and reduce appearance of the skin. 5.You can also apply creams like Elastoderm stretch mark cream to reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Apply this cream daily to see results in few months. 6.Consume diet that is rich in vitamin E, omega 3 and 6 and other skin friendly vitamins like vitamin E and A.

Greetings lybrate-user I hope you gave a sound thinking while choosing your subjects as pcmb. It is very important to think and rethink first of all that are we actually made for specific stream or we have selected these subjects either our parents wants us to chose these subjects or our friends are taking these subjects, so we as humans do such errors. But it is also possible that you have chosen the subjects and have taken your own decision. And if the anxiety (like you mentioned phobia from numericals) has been build recently, it may be possible that your exams may be approaching and huge syllabus must be left for preparations and hence somewhere you feel that you will not be able to cover it and it is causing anxiety. Or you are not able to understand the subjects properly. And if you are not able to understand Biology and since you mentioned that you are not able to accept it as a subject, it would be appreciated that you sit with your parents or teachers and tell them your exact difficulty which you are facing as they can help you the most right now in sorting out your doubts. Moreover, I would suggest you not to think about any unnecessary things about any area of your life as it distracts you and wastes your times, it would be better if you can give your entire attention into what you are studying. Try to create short and realistic goals for every subject so that you can achieve it easily. And please get your doubts cleared by your teachers and parents. Just think about the present as exams must be approaching and you have the capacity to do good things in your life so do not loose time in your unnecessary fears. And do not panic for anything as it is going to create more stress. Eat and Sleep well and share your concerns with your teachers and parents also. Regards'
