Information about Baidyanath Talisadi Churna

Baidyanath Talisadi Churna contains Talishpatra, Trikatu, Banshlochan, Ela, and Dalchini. Talishpatra has anti-inflammatory properties and helps in treating respiratory diseases.
Trikatu is a combination of dry ginger and long pepper and helps improve digestive functions in the body and burns off toxins or metabolic wastes.
Elaychi helps in promoting digestion and preventing bloating.

Baidyanath Talisadi Churna has digestive and tonic properties and can especially treat respiratory issues in the body.

Direction for use:
A person must consume 1 to 4g of churna twice a day before meals. It can be consumed with 4 to 6g honey or warm water. Sugar is used in this medicine as a cooling agent to make it easier to use.

Hi, no, it is not habit forming. Consume high fiber diet and drink plenty of water which helps in relieving constipation.
