Lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query. First and foremost is to maintain TSH level around 3 to 4 mU/L with adequate dosage of Levothyroxine. Because if your TSH is not within range, efforts to reduce weight will not give any results. Even menstrual problems too become more aggravated.
