Take arshantak vati two times a day. Pranacharya allergen capsule 1-1 twice a day. Abhayarishta syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Apply pranacharya piles cure ointment on anal area. Take fresh buttermilk early morning. Avoid spicy food.

I had asked about piles and have been taking Amroid tablets but I do not find it working because i'm bleeding while at toilet since this sunday. Please can you suggest me whats better to do for a quick remedy because I am too busy due to my job to go to see a doctor until sunday. Thank you.

One of the reasons for your bleeding piles is busy schedule, irregular and fast and junk food. Firstly relax, have a break of 3/4 days. Avoid constipation take more water and liquids, no spicy and fast foods do this much and report.

Manish pujara age 35 10/9/2019----bacillary dysentery diagnosed and hospitalized after 5 day dysentery treated and constipation occur and due to constipation ---pile and fissure and blood in stool start this blood stop and fissure and piles cures by kali drugs and amroid ayurveda tablet but due to constipation I take good morning churn and due to this again diarrhea occur in one night 15 time. Next day sonography report show mild submucosa edema is seen in ileal loop. Medicine taken for 15 day and again pain start in lower right abdomen and middle right abdomen and again sonography show appendix in rif at distal tip region measure 8 mm and show hypo echoic wall however no periappendicular fluid or probe tenderness. Right now I am taking h ovid oz tab mac rabonik cap meva sr cap and my weight gone down 2 kg within 1 month and 5 to 6 time latrine --in morning 3 time with 30 min then after eating.
