Please take homoeopathic medicine - a. Ph. 0/2 10 equal strenth strocks put 10 to 25 drops in one or two teaspoon of water thrice a day for one month. Revert back after one month with feedback.

I would like to say that you might be having an infection , probably chlamyida , the orange color might be due to the blood coming in the semen .

You should not drink milk and orange juice simultaneously kindly keep gap of at least 2-3 hour in between.

Using Dot silicone gel or toical retinoid cream (Retin A cream) is good to remove this pores. You can also go for masks. Pappaya masks are good for this. You can use this twice weekly.
